Scope of Services. Through this Site, SML Propriety Magic markets and arranges Handyman Services, Carpentry, Interior Painting, Drywall Repair, Furniture Assembly, Lawn Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold SML Propriety Magic harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
